Management of Janata Shikshana Samiti Dharwad has appointed Dr. Sunilkumar Hiremath as the Director of the institute. He formally took charge on March 3rd 2025. Dr. Sunilkumar Hiremath joined DVHIMSR in 2010 as a Management Faculty. During his previous role at DVH IMSR, he has led many activities at the institute including admission, placement, research and publications.

Prof. Sunilkumar Hiremath has done his graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Karnatak University, MBA from Bangalore University specializing in Finance and HR. He is pursuing his Fellow (Doctoral) programme in Performance of ancillary units. He also completed Faculty Development Programme (FDP) from Ministry of Human Resource Development Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya National Mission New Delhi. For the past ten years, he is also leading the placements at the Institute as Placement Coordinator. He has the experience of teaching diverse courses in the domain of Operations Management, Quantitative Techniques and Entrepreneurship. He is associated with DVHIMSR since 2010.
