Dr. Pooja Ainapur has a Master’s in Business Administration from Karnatak University Dharwad. She cleared Karnataka State Eligibility Test (K-SET) in Management. She has worked in telecom retail conglomerate. She is awarded Doctor of Philosophy for the thesis titled ‘An Anthropological Study of Socio-Cultural Change due to Telecom Penetration in Lambani Tandas of Kalagatagi Taluk in Dharwad District’ from Karnatak University Dharwad. She has the experience of teaching diverse courses in the domain of HR which include Talent Management, Competency Mapping, and Change Management. She has 16 plus years of experience in academics and industry. She has published 10 plus research papers in conferences and national journals.
