Dr. Farzana M Pathan has a Master’s in Business Administration from Karnatak University Dharwad. She has a M.Phil in Management. She is awarded Doctor of Philosophy from Akkamahadevi Women’s University, Vijayapur, for the thesis titled “ A Study on Competency in Marketing of Services A Case Study with Special Reference to Employees of RRBs in Dharwad District”. She has worked as Coordinator for career development cell, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Dharwad, of 2 years, she has worked as Dean, Karnataka State Higher Education Academy, Dharwad for 1 year and has an overall teaching experience of 15 years. The academic experience in the area of Human Resource and General Management.

She has published/ co-authored 30 articles in various national level publications and conferences.
She has won two best paper awards at an International Conferences. She has further published a chapter titled in the book “Management of Collegiate Education in the 21st Century: Some Insights” ; Gyan Publishing House, New Delhi.
