Entrepreneurship Development Programme
Is designed to help an individual in strengthening the entrepreneurial motive and in acquiring skills and capabilities necessary for playing his entrepreneurial role effectively- EDP. It is aimed at developing the entrepreneurial skills and abilities. This programme consists of a structured training process to develop an individual as an entrepreneur. It helps the person to acquire skills and necessary capabilities to play the role of an entrepreneur effectively. An EDP is an effort of converting a person to an entrepreneur by passing him through a thoroughly structured training.
Management
Development programme
Programme is a systematic process of management training and growth by which individuals (aspiring to rise on the ladder of management) gain and apply knowledge, skills, insights, and attitudes to manage managers, workers and work organisations effectively.A management institute should provide the training programme and opportunities for development to its present as well as potential managers and offer ample scope for taints to conic forward. But it should be clearly noted that training programmes such as case studies, lectures, role playing, readings, job rotation and so on cannot automatically guarantee, the accelerated output of managers.
