Dr. Keerti Kulkarni is an Associate Professor at JSS Dr. D. Veerendra Heggade Institute of Management Studies and Research, Dharwad, with over 13 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic administration in the field of Management. She holds a Ph.D. in Management for the thesis titled “Global Financial Crisis 2008: A Comparative Study of the Policy Responses by Central Banks for Selected Countries” from Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) and an MBA in Finance and is also K-SET qualified in Management. Her areas of expertise include Corporate Communication, Financial Institutions and Markets, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Restructuring, Business Research Methods, and Marketing Research. She has published numerous research papers in national and international journals and has presented papers at various academic conferences. She actively participates in faculty development programs and research workshops to enhance academic engagement. In addition to teaching, she has served as PGP Academic Coordinator and has been actively involved in student mentoring, live projects, and institutional development activities, contributing to the advancement of management education and research.
